Intel BX80569Q9650
I decided to upgrade my E6600 before jumping to Windows 7 this week. The results are amazing. Temps run around 90 degrees F with a Thermaltake MozartTX case (w extra fans) and a Thermaltake hi rise CPU cooler at full load and less than room temperature at idle!The main advantage for me was in the encoding speed. I regularly use my PC to encode movies for my Archos 7. With the E6600 I was able to encode full resolution h.264 movies at 1250kbps at 25fps using Handbrake. The Q9650 encodes at 98fps.
