Really sped up my 2010 MacBook Pro 13". Not clear on energy savings, but I think I am fighting a system software bug on that. Used the computer for 30 minutes yesterday and the time remaining on the charge stayed about the same, which is good. Silent! The best bang for the buck in performance I have seen in a long time.
